Zoom Classes
At Land Gurus Training Academy, all of our classes are conducted via Zoom, providing you with valuable tips, tricks, negotiation tactics, and essential resources for success in wholesale real estate. Attendance is mandatory for those expecting access to our seller's list. Each Zoom session is recorded, ensuring that all participants, even those who may have missed a live class or enrolled later, can review the material at their convenience. These recordings will be posted on the official Land Gurus Training Academy website, giving everyone the opportunity to revisit key lessons and stay on track with their education.
Three Tier Development Program
Acquisitions Team: In the first tier, students join the acquisitions team, focusing on cold calling, email blasting, texting sellers, and creating sellers lists. The goal is to secure contracts, and students earn 30% of each deal they lock in. After completing five deals, they advance to the next level.Dispositions Team: The second tier teaches students how to complete purchase agreements, assignment contracts, and JV contracts. They also learn to build a buyers list and communicate with buyers. Students earn 30% per deal, and after 10 successful deals, they move to the final stage.Land Gurus Training Specialist: Upon reaching the third tier, students become Land Gurus training specialists. They manage their own divisions, train new wholesale students, and control profits, paying only 10% of the proceeds back to the company.
Work at your own pace
Land Gurus Training Academy offers a self-paced program where students have the flexibility to learn at their own speed. While attending the live Zoom classes is mandatory if you want to receive the seller's list for that day’s homework, which involves making cold calls and trying to lock in contracts, it’s not required to remain in the program. Missing a class won't result in lost credit, removal from the program, or exclusion from updates. However, without attending, you will not have access to that day’s seller’s list, which is key for hands-on practice.
